At Quetz, your satisfaction is our priority. We take great care in crafting and delivering our chocolates, and we want you to enjoy every bite. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
If you receive a damaged, incorrect, or compromised product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at our contact email or phone number, along with clear photos and brief description of the issue. We will investigate and, if the claim is valid, offer a replacement or a full refund to your original method of payment.
Please note:
• Refunds or replacements are only issued for orders with clear evidence of damage, defect, or fulfilment errors.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses, recipient unavailability, or delays by the courier service.
• Returns are not applicable for taste preferences or melted products due to extreme weather conditions
Approved refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment method.
