Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, the order becomes final and is no longer eligible for cancellation

Please note that customized products, gift boxes, or bulk orders may not be eligible for cancellation once production has begun, as these items are prepared specifically for you. In such cases, cancellation requests will be reviewed individually, and approval is not guaranteed

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take a few business days.

Quetz reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of product unavailability, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. In such cases, customers will be notified immediately and issued a full refund
