Below you'll find all the Details Regarding How we Handle Shipping.
Currently We Only Ship Our Bites Within Mumbai. All Other Products Ship Across India.
India Standard Delivery
- Below ₹1,000 = ₹200
- ₹1,000 & above = FREE
Estimated delivery time is between 2 - 5 business days, depending on the destination pin code. Orders are dispatched via trusted courier partners to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Orders within Mumbai and Thane are dispatched immediately and will arrive the same day unless the order is placed after 4pm IST, in which case they will arrive early the next day.
Once The Order Has Been Dispatched, You Will Receive a Tracking Link.
Once our Chocolate Bites are received by the recipient, the products need to be carefully taken out of the insulated bag, separated from the ice gel packs and refrigerated immediately.
Quetz Atelier is not responsible for packages that have been delivered but not received, and for packages that have been received but not opened in a timely manner.
Please note that deliveries may be affected on public holidays and may take additional time.
Please note that the delivery timing depends on several factors like weather, unforeseen events, traffic conditions and other special events. However, we will always endeavour to complete the delivery as early as possible and keep you updated in case of any changes. We are not responsible for any delay caused by any unforeseen time lags by the courier companies in delivering the parcels to the customer, or if the customer is not available at the time of delivery. In situations outside of Quetz Atelier’s control (Product unavailability, public holidays, Strikes, Natural Disasters etc.), there could be a delay in shipping the Order.
Products will be delivered to the address mentioned by the customer while placing the order. Quetz Atelier will not be responsible for delivery delays in case an incorrect or incomplete address is provided. Quetz Atelier will not deliver to post-box-only addresses. For any changes to the Order, please contact us by phone or email as soon as possible. Quetz Atelier will try and accommodate the changes as much as possible depending on order. status and other parameters. No changes will be accepted once the order has been shipped.
